About the author: Roland Leurs
I was born in july 1968, in Geleen, a town in Limburg, the Netherlands. When I was 6 years old my parents moved to a very small place, called Nattenhoven. That's about 10 km from my place of birth. I lived there until I was 21. After finishing my school I lived in Stein, Geleen, Beek, Geldermalsen and at now Born. In the past 10 years I graduated at the Hogere Technische School in Heerlen. I studied electronics with 'Technical Computer Science' as special interest. After that I found a job at debis, at that time known as 'Cap debis VFC'. At this time I'm still working for debis in the profession of 'IT Specialist'. My daily job is consulting companies, advising and supporting them about their networks and servers, esp. managing the environment. Unfortunately this are mostly Windows-based environments.
