The Atom-in-PC is ready to meet the world …

is the world ready to meet the Atom-in-PC?

Welcome

to the Atom-in-PC Resource Site. On this site I want you to meet the hardware Acorn Atom emulator and provide software updates of the operating system. You’ll find here all hardware details, software updates and information about the Dutch Atom User Group.

Introduction

I built the Atom-in-PC add-on board in 1993. I introduced it on an Atom User Group meeting in Bilthoven. The Atom-in-PC fits in any 8-bit ISA slot; the only requirement to make it communicate with your PC is the timing of your ISA bus clock. The software on the PC runs on any 286+ in native DOS, a MDOS session in OS/2 Warp or a Dosbox in Windows 3.x and 9.x. More details about the hardware and software are given on the pages Atom-in-PC Hardware and Atom-in-PC Software .
