Acorn Atom

The sixth model to come out of the Acorn stable, following on from the System 1,2,3,4 and 5 and the predecessor to the infamous BBC Micro. Like all of the pre-ARM Acorn models, this was based on the 1MHz 6502 processor. It had 8KB ROM and 2KB of RAM, although this was expandable to a staggering 12KB. Had the original version of BBC Basic (known as Atom Basic) and used a filing system called COS.
